Why these ingredients? – shea butter is an oil made from the nuts of the Mangifola or Karite Nut tree.  Shea butter has been known as an amazing skin food for thousands of years.  It is almost magical in its healing effects on burns, skin problems, ulcerated skin, stretch marks and dryness.  It contains beneficial vegetable fats that promote cell regeneration and circulation, making it a wonderful healer and rejuvenator for troubled or aging skin. It also contains natural sun-protectants. Vitamin A in Shea butter is important for improving skin conditions including blemishes, wrinkles, eczema and dermatitis.  In our INDULGENCE body butter added to the Shea butter is a carefully selected blend of other rich skin foods including coconut oil which provides a protective layer, moisturising and soothing inflamed irritated skin. Essential oils are added; Neroli oil helps minimalise blemishes and broken capillaries, Mandarin oil helps to heal scarred skin and Sandalwood oil  feeds mature and dehydrated skin. 

Each jar is blended by hand in small batches to maintain freshness and the volatility of the oils.
